North Gwinnett Middle School Chess Camp
Campers receive instruction from multiple coaches. While campers will improve their chess skills, the real value of chess camp is in the development of critical thinking skills. Learning how to analyze, gaining objectivity, and communicating their ideas while having fun. In addition to instruction, students will of course have opportunities to play chess, blitz, bughouse and to play against our instructors. The last day of chess camp our students will compete in a formal tournament for an opportunity to win trophies and medals.
